New 220W Desktop Power Supply Compliant with Energy Star & CEC Level V

PowerGate LLC announces the Mean Well GS220 series of 220 Watt AC-DC desktop power supplies designed for portable applications requiring higher power levels. These power supplies meet the latest energy efficiency standards including Energy Star, the Federal Government's new EISA standard and the California based CEC Level V compliance.

Consisting of 5 single-output models with outputs ranging from 12~48Vdc, the GS220 Series delivers high power density with ultra-compact size of only 8.27 x 3.35 x 1.81". These desktop power supplies consume less than 0.5W standby power and typical efficiencies in excess of 90% well above the EISA / CEC Level IV / Energy Star requirements. The GS220 Series feature Universal AC Input with Active Power Factor Correction; UL/cUL 60950-1, EN60950-1, BSMI CNS14336 and CCC GB4943 safety approvals; meet EN55022 and FCC Part 15 Level B standards; RoHS compliance; and overvoltage / over-current protection circuits. These products are suitable for a broad range of portable applications communications, computer peripheral, test & measurement; networking equipment or any application where external power is required.
