PowerGate LLC announces the release of the Mean Well HRP-600 Series of 600 Watt Switching Power Supplies designed to provide a low cost solution in a broad range of industrial applications.

The products feature up to 89% efficiency and 6.77W/in3 of power density in a compact size of only 8.58 x 4.13 x 2.50". For no load power consumption <0.75W in standby mode, there is an optional remote ON/OFF control with 5V/0.3A standby output.   The Family consists of 8 single output models with wide adjustment ranges to cover most voltages ranging from 3.3 ~ 55.2V.  Features include Active PFC; 300VAC input surge immunity for 5 seconds; remote sense; DC OK signal; LED indicator; EMS immunity;  short-circuit / overload / over voltage / over temperature protection; internal fan for up to 50C operation;  International Safety Approvals; Class B Emissions; and reliability of 147k Hours (MIL-HDBK 217F @ 25C) backed by a 5 year Warranty.
