6 Watt DC/DC Converter with Reinforced Insulation

TRACOPOWER launches it's new THB-6 Series of high-isolation DC/DC converter modules with supplementary, reinforced insulation offering 6 Watts of output power in a small 24-pin DIP package.

The new THB-6 Series feature 4000 VAC isolation with supplementary, reinforced insulation and are safety approved to EN/UL60950-11 industrial and EN/UL60601-1 medical safety standards.  The product features wide input voltage ranges of 9-18VDC, 18-36VDC and 36-75VDC.   There are 18 standard models with regulated 5, 12, +/-12 and +/-15VDC output.  The operating temperature range is specified for

-40 to +85C. All models have an internal input filter to meet EN 55022, class A.  The THB-6 series has been designed for demanding applications as transportation systems, industrial controls, medical equipment, instrumentation and other systems wherever a high I/O-isolation is required.
